Paul Bara
Dating back to 1860, the Bara property was initially a farm that transformed into a press room and winery in 1965. The Bara champagne house was established in the 1950s by Paul Bara and began exporting to the US in 1975, maintaining a strong transatlantic presence. Chantale, the Bara dynasty's current owner and sixth generation, has been co-running the business since 1986 and served as President of the Club Trésors de Champagne for four years. Under her leadership, the winery underwent a significant renovation to improve its winemaking capacity and precision.
Nestled in the heart of the Bouzy village, the Paul Bara winery is home to 11 hectares of meticulously handled vines, where Pinot Noir and Chardonnay grapes are grown carefully. Roland Champion

André Champion launched the first "Champagne André Champion" in 1929, marking the start of the family's winemaking heritage. He increased the size of the family's Chardonnay-focused vineyard in Chouilly, in the prestigious Côte des Blancs area.
In 1951, Champagne Roland Champion was established after André's 16-year-old son Roland took over the family company after André's untimely death. Roland made a valiant effort to increase the family's fortune.
The grandchildren of Roland and Jacqueline Champion, including Carole, Ambroise, Clémence, Astrid, and Felix, currently represent the Champion family company. Now, François makes the wine for the home.

Gaston Chiquet
The Chiquet family has produced Champagne for over eight generations since Nicolas Chiquet planted his vines in 1746. In 1919, brothers Fernand and Gaston Chiquet founded their Champagne house, Chiquet Brothers, and were pioneers in the Champagne region, producing and selling their Champagne.
After Gaston Chiquet separated from his brother, he continued to expand the family's vineyards, including areas in Aÿ and Hautvillers, to offer new blending possibilities.
