As a level 2 sommelier, you are expected to have a deeper and broader knowledge of wine and wine regions than a level 1 sommelier. This level will test your understanding of the world's most renowned wine regions, their signature styles, and your knowledge of spirits and liqueurs. From Erste Lage and Grosse Gewächs in Germany to the unique wines of Santorini, from Eastern European grape varieties to the renowned wine regions of Sonoma, Napa, and Monterey, you will be challenged to demonstrate your expertise in the finer points of wine and spirits.
