Egon Müller

Joh. Jos. Prüm,

Joh. Jos. Prüm, commonly known as J.J. Prüm, is a celebrated winery situated in the village of Wehlen along the Mosel River in Germany. The estate was founded in 1911 by Johann Josef Prüm and has been a family-run business for over a century. It's now managed by Dr. Katharina Prüm, who took over from her father, Dr. Manfred Prüm, in 2003​.

The estate is renowned for its Rieslings, celebrated for their exquisite balance, finesse, and exceptional aging potential. The winery holds about 20 hectares of vineyards, with significant plots in prestigious locations such as Wehlener Sonnenuhr and Graacher Himmelreich. These vineyards are particularly known for their steep, slate soils, which contribute to the wines' unique mineral and floral qualities​.

J.J. Prüm is noted for producing a range of Prädikatswein (a classification system for quality wines in Germany), including Kabinett, Spätlese, Auslese, Beerenauslese, Eiswein, and Trockenbeerenauslese. Fritz Haag

Fritz Haag is a distinguished wine estate in Brauneberg, within Germany's Mosel wine region. The estate has been producing wines since 1605 and is particularly noted for its Riesling. Managed by Oliver Haag, who took over from his father Wilhelm in 2005, the winery continues to uphold its reputation for high-quality wines. Fritz Haag focuses exclusively on Riesling, producing wines ranging from dry to sweet, including Prädikat wines like Kabinett, Spätlese, and Auslese​.

The winery's vineyards, particularly the Brauneberger Juffer and Brauneberger Juffer Sonnenuhr, are renowned for their steep, slate-soil terrains, contributing to the wines' distinctive minerality and concentrated flavor profiles.
